ईडी ने चार्जशीट में दावा किया है कि राशन भ्रष्टाचार मामले में 1000 करोड़ रुपये का लेनदेन हुआ था ईडी ने आरोपपत्र में दावा किया कि इस अवैध लेनदेन में पूर्व खाद्य मंत्री ज्योतिप्रिय मल्लिक भी शामिल थे इस दिन महानगर ईडी ने राशन भ्रष्टाचार मामले में मेट्रोपॉलिटन मजिस्ट्रेट की अदालत में तीसरा पूरक आरोप पत्र दाखिल किया। केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसी ने उस चार्जशीट में विस्फोटक होने का दावा किया है
157 पन्नों की इस नई चार्जशीट के साथ ईडी ने सबूत के तौर पर करीब तीन हजार दस्तावेज भी जमा किए हैं जांच एजेंसी के मुताबिक, राशन भ्रष्टाचार के अवैध लेनदेन के माध्यम से 350 से अधिक बैंक खातों का पता लगाया गया है।
आरोप पत्र में ईडी ने दावा किया कि वित्तीय लेनदेन मुख्य रूप से अनीसुर और अलीफ के माध्यम से किया गया था, जो राशन भ्रष्टाचार मामले में पकड़े गए थे। हालांकि, आरोप पत्र में जातिप्रिया मल्लिक और उनके करीबी सहयोगी बाकिबुर रहमान के साथ लेनदेन का भी जिक्र है। इसके अलावा आरोप पत्र में दो राशन रहमान के साथ लेन-देन का भी जिक्र है इसके अलावा ईडी ने दो राशन वितरकों और चार कंपनियों के खिलाफ भी आरोप पत्र दाखिल किया है आरोप पत्र में दावा किया गया है कि इन दोनों कारोबारियों के जरिए राशन भ्रष्टाचार का लेनदेन करीब हजारों करोड़ रुपये का हुआ है
