कलकत्ता: कलकत्ता सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आरजी टैक्स मामले की जांच सीबीआई को सौंपने का फैसला सुनाया है मंगलवार को इस फैसले की घोषणा के बाद केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसी ने तुरंत जांच शुरू कर दी. मंगलवार की दोपहर सीबीआई के दो अधिकारी ताला थाने आये. सीबीआई पहले से ही एफआईआर दर्ज कर रही है. बुधवार को सीबीआई की टीम दिल्ली से कोलकाता आ रही है.
सूत्रों के मुताबिक, आरजी टैक्स मामले में सीबीआई ने एफआईआर दर्ज कर ली है. सीबीआई की टीम कल बुधवार को दिल्ली से कोलकाता आ रही है. उनके अपने फोरेंसिक विशेषज्ञ आ रहे हैं.
मंगलवार को मुख्य न्यायाधीश टीएस शिवगणम ने कोर्ट के भीतर आरजी कर जूनियर डॉक्टर रेप और हत्या मामले की केस डायरी सीबीआई को सौंपने का आदेश दिया. तभी सीबीआई के दो अधिकारी ताला थाने आये. सूत्रों का दावा है कि उन्होंने एफआईआर की प्रमाणित प्रति ली और सबसे पहले उनसे बात की
इसके अलावा कोर्ट ने कोलकाता पुलिस को जांच से जुड़े अन्य दस्तावेज बुधवार सुबह 10 बजे तक सीबीआई को सौंपने का निर्देश दिया. यह भी बताया गया कि घटना से जुड़े सभी दस्तावेज यदि सीबीआई चाहे तो पुलिस को दे दिए जाएं।
सूत्रों के मुताबिक, सीबीआई ताला थाने से आरजी टैक्स मामले की एफआईआर की प्रमाणित कॉपी इकट्ठा कर दिल्ली स्थित मुख्यालय भेज रही है. इतना ही नहीं, बताया जा रहा है कि मंगलवार को दिल्ली के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों, लीगल सेल और कोलकाता के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के बीच आरजी टैक्स मामले पर चर्चा हो सकती है.
